More Info

Arabica coffee first grew wild in the forests of Ethiopia, and farmers there still grow a huge range of local heirloom varieties, mostly on small family plots tucked among other crops.

Ethiopian coffees can be bright and fruity, deep and jammy, or delicately floral. We typically buy several coffees from Ethiopia each year and choosing them is always a pleasure as coffee buyers. We roast with a lighter touch so the character comes through loud and clear. Great no matter how you choose to brew and a great choice when making iced coffee.
