Coffee and Tea

Coffee and tea are perishable, so we can’t take returns on them. We still want you to be really happy with every bag and to love your coffee. If something isn’t right, email coffee@elysiancoffee.com and we’ll talk it through.

Gear

For returns on gear, email coffee@elysiancoffee.com. We care about your experience and will work out something that works for you.

Subscriptions

You can cancel, pause or skip a subscription delivery any time before your next charge date through your account. Orders that have already been charged or shipped are not refunded.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
