These terms apply to your use of elysiancoffee.com and to anything you buy from us. The site is run by Elysian Coffee Inc. (“Elysian”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using the Site

You may use this site for personal shopping and information. Please do not misuse it, interfere with how it works, or copy our photos, text or branding without permission.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep product details, prices and availability accurate, but mistakes happen. If we find an error, we may correct it, and if it affects your order we will contact you before going ahead. Coffee is a crop, so taste notes, origins and colours can vary slightly from lot to lot and from what you see on screen.

Prices and Availability

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars.
  • Taxes are added at checkout as applicable.
  • Prices, products and availability can change without notice. Some coffees are limited and may sell out.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

To change or cancel an order, email coffee@elysiancoffee.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Subscriptions

Coffee subscriptions renew automatically and are charged on each scheduled date until you cancel. You can cancel, pause or skip a delivery any time before your next charge date through your account. Orders that have already been charged or shipped are not refunded.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards never expire.
  • Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
  • Online gift cards are emailed to the buyer, or, if the buyer chooses, straight to the recipient on the date they pick.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Elysian is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date shown at the top and do not affect orders already placed.
